In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of our staff and our valued customers, the MTC Business Office, located at 579 Main Street in Margaretville is now closed to walk-in customers. This is effective immediately and will remain in effect until further notice.
As an employee owned, critical infrastructure provider, we recognize the importance of being available to our customers in a time of need. Our customer service team is, as always, available to serve you over the phone or by email. Payments can be placed in the drop box outside of our office. If your needs can not be filled through the aforementioned avenues, we kindly ask you to schedule an appointment.
