MTC is Currently in Emergency Response Mode Due to Potential Weather-Related Storm Damage, Sunday January 25th- Monday January 26th
 

Due to a heavy snowstorm impacting our service area, MTC will be operating in Emergency Response Mode from Sunday, January 25 through Monday, January 26. During this time, routine service installations and non-critical trouble calls will be limited so crews can focus on storm-related damage and network-impacting events. This action is being taken to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

Crews are on standby and equipment has been prepared to support a timely response. We will continue to monitor the storm and provide updates as conditions change.
