Is there a Contract for MTC's services?
No, MTC does not have contracts.
How can I pay my bill?
You can Pay Online (you will need to enter your last name and account number), this is where you can also set up automatic payments with a credit card or checking account number. You can also call our Automated Payment Line at 844-846-2687.
How can I add or remove MTC services to/from my account?
Call the MTC Customer Service Team at 1-877-727-2288 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
Why does my first bill seem so high?
First bills are prorated from the date of installation. For more information, please visit Understanding Your Bill.
